为了提出京畿道水治理产业的中长期发展方向，与水治理产业相关机关连接，为京畿道水治理产业的技术创新，力量扩大，促进进军世界市场等制定支援方案，并通过系统管理培养和发展水治理产业。

最终目的是促进京畿道水治理产业的技术先进化，使其成长为未来战略产业，搞活经济，创造优质工作岗位，强化京畿道水治理产业品牌等。
